And lo, the curs’ed commuter did arrive at the station on this, the Day of the Hump. And he was overjoyed, for ‘twas also the day of his eleventh anniversary with the love of his life. And the tempest raged all around him, the rain lashing at the lands and the wind howling though the eaves of the station. And did care not a jot. For nothing could spoil his joyous mood and the warm, happy feeling inside. And he did yearn for the day to pass swiftly so he may be reunited in the arms of the man who had made him so happy for eleven years. And he did smile at the thought of sharing so many more happy years to come.
